Refund Policy:

• Before Work Commences: If you decide to cancel your project before any design work has begun, we offer a full refund of your payment.
• After Work Commences: Once we start the design process, all fees become non-refundable. However, we will work with you closely to make unlimited revisions during the project and for 1 business day after delivery to ensure the final product meets your expectations.

1. Initial Design Process:

• Design Brief Confirmation: Once the design brief and requests are confirmed, our team will begin working on the project.
• Initial Design Delivery: 1-2 business days. During this period, we’ll create the initial design based on your brief.

2. Revisions and Feedback:

• Client Review and Feedback: 1-2 business days. After receiving the initial design, you’ll have time to review and provide feedback.
• Revisions: 1-2 business days. We’ll make the necessary revisions based on your feedback. If multiple rounds of revisions are needed, this timeframe will apply to each round.

3. Final Turnaround:

• Final Design Delivery: 2-5 business days from the time the initial design is approved. This includes making final adjustments and ensuring everything meets your expectations.
